Casio has just announced the new release of these products.

This may be of a lesser know model based on the analog-digi design of the G300 series.  It retails the military red-eye design and charcoal black stealth black.  The analog hands are just intuitive to read in all situations and conditions.  The digital display provides a more easy to use all the standard functionalities.

G-Shock module 1289X and 3230 for DW6900MS-1

After describing the "classic" DW6900MS-1 with the older steel back plate, here is a little more info for the new steel back plate.  the picture showing is of the module 1289X.  Casio has been slowly and quietly phasing in the module 3230.

another Military Series G-Shock DW6900MS-1

Following my previous post of the military series G-Shock watch, this DW6900MS-1 model is based on the more popular 6900 series model.  It has a larger face than the 5600 series, and sports a red-dial style that earns it's red-eye fame.

Reverse LCD added to the stealth mission theme of the design, and the EL backlight ensure easy reading in dark condition.  This G-Shock is has the same hall mark reliability and durability.

As of this summer of 2011, the manufacturing of this watch has changed from Thailand to China.  The module has also been updated.  The casing steel back is now using the classic design (photo here shows the previous design that is more common among other G-Shock.  I plan to include the new photo soon.).

Military Series G-Shock DW5600MS-1

Looking at the G-Shock 5600 series, i think i should mention the military series.  The DW5600MS-1 is also a popular model in this line, and it has the charcoal black resin case and band that ensures absolute stealthiness in all light condition.

the LCD digital display is of the reverse LCD type, showing mostly black background.  The digits is not difficult to read, but when the EL backlight is on, the digits seemingly glows for superb easy reading.  The band also imprints the module number, making it feels more like a military operation code.

Is the yellow G-Shock tough solar as popular as ever?

New G-Shock x GLOBE collaboration announced today

This collaborative model looks really nice!  This GRX5600GE-1 is black but has a contrasting reverse LCD in red.  The best part is it is based on the new and very popular GRX models which is part of the G-Lide series with moon data and tide graph, yet include Tough Solar.  Best combination you can be expecting.

My first post ... all about Casio G-Shock

G-Shock watches are getting so popular now. I think I cannot wait any longer to share what are popular from a part time seller perspective.  In spite of Casio announcing the most latest release, most sellers actually get the product a month afterwards.

The recent G-Lide GRX5600A-4 and GRX5600B-2 are such a big hit.  Oh, the limited edition yellow Frogmen are getting all popular lately.  I like the new GF1000 Frogmen more, but the BP color version is so hard to reach.  Many new watches coming, and I am really looking forward to the G9300 brand new Mudman.  Hope I can get a hands on and give a review.

So much to talk about G-Shock and other Casio watches.
